Southern Colorado, and specifically Pueblo has all the above and more! This friendly city has all the amenities of its sibling cities to the north, like world class medical care, big box shopping etc, but it feels more like a small town as folks are welcoming and inclusive here. Pueblo Reservoir with its 4600 acres of water is the most visited reservoir on the Front Range. It boasts 60 miles of shoreline, and 10,000 acres of land. The Arkansas River offers paddle boarding and Olympic grade kayaking, as well as trout fishing. San Isabel National forest is 1/2 drive and recreation is unlimited!
But with the rising popularity of Pueblo we are seeing prices start to climb in our Real Estate market. Many of the same challenges face our community as our neighbors to the North. Shortage of quality homes on the market, long wait times for new builds, multiple offers, and investment properties snatched up very quickly.
